I cant use duct or pipe tools; when I use ABD Mechanical or Plumbing Design tools, I get following errors: Part and Family Defined for configuration variable HVAC_FAMILY_DUCT_DEFAULT not found
Part and Family Defined for configuration variable BMECH_FAMILY_PLUMBING_DEFAULT not found
I have read a previous discussion about this issue and everything seems to be in place but still cant use these tools, any suggestions?
Regards,
Azhar
The errors normally mean that there is a different Family and Part name entered in those configuration variables than you have in your dataset. The following Wiki is an example of how it works. If you look at HVAC_FAMILY_DUCT_DEFAULT configuration variable, what Family and Part name is its value? Do you actually have this Family and Part available in your current Dataset?

Hi Robert, Thats the post I checked before writing my question. Both variables in the configuration has the correct values as per referenced post. I have tried adding dataset 'GB081109728' which is installed fine but doesnt solve the problem.
Can you post a screen capture of those two configuration variables (from the Configuration dialog), along with one from Windows Explorer showing the contents of the folder where those files are supposed to be?
Here are the snapshots as requested
Azhar, if you expand the mechanical_parts.xml in Dataset Explorer, is "M-G524 Ventilation" Part actually inside there?
