We're having trouble with the function "Synchronize Google Earth View" in CONNECT edition.
In SS6 we were able to run this function fine, but now in connect when we do so, our users are prompted for an IT admin to log in to allow something. When this happens, AECOsim's status bar says "Wait Google Earth initializing...". Even if an admin logs in to click OK on the prompt, nothing happens. In the AECOsim message centre the message details say "Google Earth is not initialized completely, please check if your Google Earth could work fine or initialized then try this function again".
The windows admin prompt is trying to run the google earth exe with a /regserver argument.
Any ideas what could be causing this?
I´m having the same problem, any idea to solve this problem?
There is a 32-bit direct installer of Google Earth version 7.3.1.4505 that can be used with MicroStation/AECOsim

Is the google earth still works? Just your assistance. I am using google earth on 64 bit window 10 and openroads 2019 and same message is displayed, [Google Earth is not initialized completely, please check if your Google Earth could work fine or initialized then try this function again.]

You'll need a 32bit version of Google Earth Pro as Marc pointed out. Plus, older versions such as 7.1.8.3036 can also help.
