Has anyone experienced any issues exporting STL files from AECOsim update 3?
I was just trying to 3d print a small part and the export setting don't appear to have any impact on the resulting file.
Included below some exports with the same setting in both connect and v8i

The above image is just from AECOsim connect with original and import the stl exported from either V8i or Connect

Just based on those three images, the CONNECT export looks more like the original DGN solid than the V8i version - particularly the inside bottom face.
What is the issue with the CONNEC export - is it not a fine enough resolution?

I agree it look similar to the display in Connect. The main issue I am having is the setting in the STL export don't appear to make any difference to the export. I tried various setting but the output is the same. The impact is obviously only in curved surfaces but I can't get a smooth(ish) export for 3d printing it is turning out faceted.
Ah... I see. Any chance you could attach the DGN file for review?
