Still part of the configuration setup which I do have problems with, here's a little bug which probably doesn't have any consequences.
My PC is running norwegian Windows, and _USTN_LOCALE_LANGUAGE = "nb". I assume this is something from the Windows setting.
This causes some errors when running Configuration Explorer, lines 141 and 142 in msconfig.cfg.
%include $(_USTN_SYSTEM)$(_USTN_LOCALE_LANGUAGE)/*.cfg level System%include $(_USTN_SYSTEM)$(_USTN_LOCALE_LANGUAGE)-$(_USTN_LOCALE_COUNTRY)/*.cfg level System
However the system folder doesn't have any subfolder "nb", so this isn't working.
There are some other references to this variable, which don't exist either.
Hi Andreas,
Im not sure how to advise you as I only have the english version installed for my OS and application. I suspect this is related not just to windows but also to the languages Bentley have translated the software into. When Bentley use the phrase localisation, internally at least, they are referring to things like translating the interface text and help files into a specific language. This may require some additional configs for looking up xml files etc. Hence the lines you are seeing. before I suggest changing "nb" to "en" or "us" help, I hope a more conversant colleague can help you.

I don't mean to say that we would need a norwegian version of Aecosim, there is no need for that.
Just wanted to say that Configuration Explorer shows an error, and that probably msconfig.cfg should run a check if _USTN_LOCALE_LANGUAGE has a valid entry.
Andreas, did you get any further with this issue? This has recently appeared in OBD U.5, when it did not report in ABD previously. Has it led to an odd behaviour/does it matter?
Thanks for any feedback
