Hi,We are currently experiencing problems with AECOsim SS6 crashing on startup. When opening AECOsim it crashes straight away and exits. See error messages below.
Any idea why this is happening? This seems to be coincidental with installing the latest Connect update.Regards,

It's very frustrating! We had the problem with one user so we rebuilt his machine and it has worked ever since. A week later the problem occurred with another user on another machine... after rebuilding that machine AECOsim starts up ok first time but after closing it and reopening it, it crashes with the above error messages popping up and then shuts down. We've done a few rebuilds now and it's just not fixing it... there must be something that's causing it. I've logged a service request with Bentley. I will keep you posted if we find the root of the problem.

Could you make the following changes in the msfiles.cfg located in a similar location to this one : C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\AECOsimBuildingDesigner V8i Ss6\AECOsimBuildingDesigner\config\system
