I have the following errors when i try to export COBie spreadsheet using AECOsim building designer V8 selectseries 6. Any ideas?

Is an IFC file eventually generated? If yes, does the file look good and contain all the elements and the relevant data?
A file is created but it's empty.
It looks like the mapping between DataGroup System and IFC Entity types is missing. Can you export to IFC using out of the box components?
What do you mean by out of the box components?
Anything included in AECOsim as part of a delivered dataset such as UK, NM, etc. - walls, doors, windows, slabs, etc.. The idea is to confirm that IFC Export is working for you in a pure out of the box scenario. If it is, and it should, then you can refocus on what's missing that would allow these other components to export.
