How do I get the Active Level and Level Filter toolboxes back in Connect Edition?

Hello Andreas, 
 If I understand your question correctly can you go to File > User > Tool Boxes, toggle on the "Attributes" toolbox. 
 In the Attributes tool box right click and Select the Active Level and Active Level Filter toggle.
