Scale of Analytical Nodes

Question

What drives the scale of the analytical nodes when placing steel members? 
 When i place them the nodes are huge. How can i reduce the size of them?

Hi, 
 You can control the size of the analytical nodes in Node Symbols Style Manager. 
 If you are using AECOsim V8i version, it is accessible from Workspace menu->Preferences.

Hi, Do you mean the text on the analytical nodes are appearing larger than usual ? Can you please check if the Annotation Scale of the file is set appropriately, this can affect the size of the text on the Analytical nodes (see images)

Hi, To add to what Raghuram has said In case you are using AECOsim CE update 4 you will find the Nodes Symbols Style Manager at File > Settings > User > Preferences > Building Structural Analysis (see image) Hope this helps. Regards, Aditya
