Hi,
Reference tab doesn't open nor does it have a dropdown. Level Manager and other pop up's and dropdowns work - so just the reference that doesn't work. There seems to be no answer to this issue in the forum so I would really like someone with a good Aecosim knowledge to have a look at this. Could it be corruption with the programme files?
I have uploaded a video of this happening for clarity WeTransfer Link Here
Thanks so much in advance.
Hi Ayaka,
Does the reference dialog open in response to the key-in: dialog reference open ?
Marc
No, happens the same as per video when I press the reference button.
See if either of these Wikis helps:

Hi Steve,
I tried both options which you suggested, none of them helped. I still have issues to open my Reference map.
Thank you for your help.
You could also try using the -restoredefaults command line switch.
For example,
1.Create a copy of the AECOsim shortcut
2. Edit the target as "C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\AECOsimBuildingDesigner V8i Ss6\AECOsimBuildingDesigner\AECOsimBuildingDesigner.exe" -wsBB_DISCIPLINE=BuildingDesigner -restoredefaults
3. Launch this new shortcut and a text window will appear that displays Defaults restored. Press any key to exit.
4. Launch AECOsim again using the old shortcut and check if the reference dialog appears again.
Please refer this article for additional info.
