Hello,
I seem to encounter an issue when running the installation of this application via SCCM 2012.
I have created a .bat file of the following: "%~dp0Setup_AECOsimBuildingDesignerx64_10.04.00.069.exe" -install -silent
When running this as system (psexec), the installation and all of its pre-reqs and add-ons install fine.
However, when running the exact same install command via SCCM we encounter the below:
failed to install: 0x80070642(-2147023294)
SCCM has deduced the above as a 'user has cancelled installation'.
This was not the case as it was my test machine I was deploying to and I certainly did not cancel the installation.
After reading a few blogs etc. It appears it may be a .net error and we need to 'update windows' and install .net 4.5.2. the machine does not require win7 updating and we have .net 4.6.2 already installed.
What is the workaround for this issue?

There is not a c:\bentley downloads folder present on the machine and after searching the entire C:\ drive I cannot locate anything relating to: 'SPCServerSetup.msi'.

Under C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\ you should have one or more StructuralSynchronizer files, in MSI and/or EXE format. If so, what are the dates and versions of those files? This has now been resolved.
When checking the install log I noticed the below:

[08FC:1528][2019-02-12T14:29:01]e000: Caching failed for ItgDgnDbImporter_v2
The content given contained "ItgDgnDbImporter_1.6_x64.msi'
After obtaining the ItgDgnDbImporter_2.0_x64.msi and adding it to the content files for the installation, the application now appears to install ok.
We are just waiting on UAT to confirm.
Good troubleshooting, Jordan! It's unclear why that particular sub-installer did not download (failed to acquire payload message) but the log files are certainly handy for this type of thing.
