Hi All,
I'm certain I am missing something really basic here.
I have created both text and dimension styles and stored them inside the same dgnlib entitled 'TextDimStyles_COP.dgnlib'. I have located this dgnlib on our network within the Organization\Dgnlib folder.
MS_DGNLIBLIST is defined at organisation level (this is not defined by me at any other level):
MS_DGNLIBLIST > $(_USTN_ORGANIZATION)dgnlib/*.dgnlib # Design library files
I have ensured that the text within each dimension style points to a corresponding text style of the required height/font etc. I have attached our dgnlib here.
The problem is that when I place a new dimension inside a normal dgn, the library text styles are ignored and the dimension text reverts to the Style(none) by default.
Any ideas?
See dgnlib and dgn screensshots below:

5353.TextDimStyles_COP.dgnlib
Hi Joey,
Could there be a different version of the dim styles stored in another DGNLIB?
If you hover over the faulty dim style in a DGN, does the pop-up show the path to the correct DGNLIB?
Regards
Marc
In the CE Update 4 there is the configuration variables MS_DGNLIBLIST_DIMENSIONSTYLES and MS_DGNLIBLIST_TEXTSTYLES (and a few others) that lets you define exactly which dgnlib contain the dimension and text styles, respectively, that should be available.
My understanding is that if you define those variables, ABD will only look into those files (and no other) to get your styles. Check their values, maybe they are overriding your MS_DGNLIBLIST.
Hi Marc, hi Juan,
Thanks for the advice.
I had previously checked that there was no rogue text styles in my dgnlibs. I took another look just in case, but cannot see anything in them. These are newly created text styles so I am not surprised, but I've compressed all customised dgnlibs for good measure.
I've also compressed all my seeds.
I will try Juan's suggestion today and see if it works. I was aware of these but had assumed such specific variables wouldn't be necessary at this point... I'm sceptical.

I have set the config variables to point exclusively at my text and dimension styles. See below
I have also re-created the dgnlibs and separated the Dimension and Text styles into different dgnlib, just in case.
However the problem still persists.
Marc it would be great if you could have a look at my dgnlibs (reattached below) and tested if these work okay within another workspace. What am i doing wrong?
1803.DimStyles_COP.dgnlib
8611.TextStyles_COP.dgnlib
Do i need to copy all of the dimensions and text styles into my seed files?
Marc, have you had an opportunity to look at this?
