Is there any method I can use to connect 2 drainage?

What are the two objects shown in your image - Solids? Custom components? Something else?
They are custom components under the Mechanical > Drains & Basins
Ah, I see, thanks. Components such as Drains are standalone components and as such aren't "routed" like ducts or pipes. IOW, there are no drain "fittings" such as elbows. Since this is a bit outside of my knowledge, what would typically be used to connect two drains in a real-world scenario?
