Does anyone know of BIM software solutions for scheduling, estimating, and construction simulation that work with Bentley Architecture BIM?

  • Actually, it is still possible to do cost estimating with BA. The components in the Dataset Explorer makes this possible but in a very crude way. For this to work effectively, two things need to happen: 1) BA needs to work with a robust cost estimating program with a regularly updated cost database, and 2) the dataset needs to be organized in a MasterFormat because that is how quantities are estimated.
