OBD U5 - Place Option not Opening if Ribbon is Being Used in Docked Mode

Also using 'Expand on Mouse Over' 
 Move cursor over the ribbon and activate Structural. 
 Click on any of the place member tools. 
 While it tries, the Place\Placement option does not auto-focus. Only way to activate it is to hard click. 
 Works fine if you switch the ribbon back to fixed.

 We found that this is happening with Single point placement element. Can you please file a SR mentioning the same so that we can file a defect and connect the same.
