What would be the best practice to managing/working with dnglibs that's shared between worksets or even workspaces? As they are shared, it doesn't matter which workspace/workset they are assigned to. Should I create a separate workset to used on dgnlibs. Or is there anyway to bypass the mismatch alert dialog box when opening dgnlibs?

Hi Tuan,There shouldnt be an issue with having the dgnlibs assigned to a workspace/workset but ideally i would say it best to work in a no workspace/no workset environment so that no other dgnlib content gets loaded when working in the file.
Another approach is to work on dgnlib files in MicroStation if it is available, you can have a look at this wiki if this helpsRegards,Aditya
Thanks Aditya for the link to the wiki. I've just realised that I've been working with DGNLib all wrong, since DV/BV first introduced. The information on BB_DVDATASETELEMENTS and BB_DVDATASETELEMENTDISABLE has only ever been mentioned in DV documentation. I can't recall if I have ever come across any DGNLIB help page or learning material from Bentley mentioning this issue.
In SS6 help file, the wiki content is mentioned in the Configuration Notes of Building Dynamic Views section. Which was overlooked as we didn't use DV.
In CE U5 help file, no mention at all whatsoever that I can find regarding this matter.
Why is such an important thing affecting DGNLIB not mentioned anywhere near DGNLIB documentation?
