Hi, Whenever i'm trying to change/Add new cell in Library it's always loading and comes to error like Bad Memory.
Why this is taken So much time. is there any Upgrade version available for this

I just checked in OpenBuildings Designer up 5(formally AECOsim Building Designer) and it is working as expected. I did not notice any hang or memory issue.

As Aniruddh mentioned these tools do work out of the box. However, you haven't stated with version and dataset you are using (also mentioned in a few other forum threads). That information is important to include from the start so that everyone is on the same page.

You seem to be experiencing a number of Electrical related issues, which are certainly not normal. Above you asked "is there any Upgrade version available for this?" - have you considered upgrading to CONNECT Edition?
No, I dont have CONNECTED Version. I am trying those Electrical and Mechanical Service on AECOsim V8i Series 6
