Pls see the image above. I have selected those lights anfd applying Global Replacement Commands which is not visible in the dialog box.

It seems Building Data is missing for those elements, can you confirm the Building Element Info?
In the latest version on OpenBuildings Designer up 5, this tool is working fine.
