"Selecting Copy/Hide Cached Element copies the element or selection set into the master file and hides the cached element or selection set. You can manipulate the copied elements. Deleting these elements will display the hidden cached elements."
Deleting copied elements doesn't un-hide cached elements. Is that WAD or is that a defect? Or am I understanding the bolded sentence wrongly? SR 7000931106 raised.

Hi Tuan,Thank you for raising the Service Request a colleague has been assigned to this issue, further communication will be made via the Service Request.Regards,Aditya
FWIW, I don't believe deleting those copied elements ever caused the hidden cached elements to redisplay. That's why we have the "Display Hidden Elements From Visible Edge Cache" icon in the reference dialog - it will display hidden elements so that you can right-click over them and choose Unhide Cached Element.
A defect against that help topic is probably the best bet.
