Could you please check and confirm if you are placing the detail call out over a reference, but not the elements that are merged into the sheet itself?

Hi,

We are extracting the drawings from 3d model and placing callouts on drawing sheet. Earlier it worked well but from today it's not working.

We are using select series 6.

Hi,

Are you placing the 'Detailed call out' in a 2D Drawing or in the 3D Model itself?

Also, Which version of the software are you using?
