Problem solved. Not to worry! 'References' have not been checked as shown in screenshot, 3rd from top.

However, I would be keen to learn about your fencing technique

can you post a sample file, meanwhile use a fencing technique , otherwise do you want to have the references when you export

Hello Marc,

Thanks for your prompt response. I tried with AECOSim CE Update 2, Update 3 and Update 5 (OBD). Update 2 responded when DWG TrueView2020 was installed alongside. Not sure what the significance of that is but not anymore.

Please find attached screenshots showing the export options settings used

Hi Ben, which version are you using? What are your settings in the four pop-downs at the top of the export options dialog?
