I have filled out service requests on this before and got nowhere
one of the reasons for 3d is the client thinks there will be more accuracy in the design work and the contractor may well count on it when assessing the design and pricing the work
whilst the design may look convincing, if it is not accurate costly problems will occur. These inevitably have an effect on the delivery date.
I was advised by the Bentley support that the problems with inaccuracy of pipework fittings in AECOsim SS6 and earlier versions, had been fixed in the OBD (obd10050049en_updt5).
I've done a quick review and am still finding it to be as inaccurate as before.
When placing the pipe using auto fittings I have selected St Gobain Above for the purpose of the review. I have drawn a 150 dia. pipe, with two 88 deg. bends and a taper to 100 dia.
I have then analysed the fittings to test for accuracy
The data given in the datagroup dialog box does not match that of the st gobain catalog
150-100 45 tee joint
The tee piece also does not match the dimensions of the st gobain catalog
annoyingly the catalog pasting is not really readable but can be checked on the st gobain download for ensign above ground fittings
I have received the Catalogs shared by you. After some investigation I will share my observations soon.

At the first look, I can see the elbow mesures are matching on my box with the catalog you shared. Please see below image
About the Tee connection, I think the catalog (mdb) in OpenBuildings needs to be matched with latest manufacturer catalog. Just updated and entered zero for the three connection length in mdb file and I can see the results matching
