Currently creating a /Layout package, during the configuration you have the option of selecting and deselecting datasets for install
I choose the UK and deselect the default US dataset
During install the application still insists on downloaded the US dataset, I have had this with update 4 and now in the latest OBD update 5
Im trying to keep the install size to a minimum, why provide the option if its ignored.

Do you know whether this is only happening when creating the deployment package? I found a few older defects describing the same thing (or at least very similar) but they were resolved back in Update 2.

I cant be certain, but it seems to only occur with the deployment image.
We create the package so that we have all the elements downloaded, but then during the running of the package on a machine, you can clearly see it goes off and starts to download the US dataset.
Does it presume I want the training set and example files?

I honestly don't know, but I'll check to see whether others here are aware of any recent installer issues.
I have checked the .lyt options file, and the feature DatasetUSBundleModule is set to 'NO'
It doesn't look as though anyone on my end has come across this one either. Can you describe the switches/parameters you're using?
