In Aecosim, I am creating new library or compound cell manager by importing files from 3Ds Max & Sketch up. If any updates or reinstallation
of the aecosim software is done, Will the new library created by me gets deleted after reinstallation or will it save permanently when we create new library once?

In order to protect any new definitions you create, the files that hold the property definitions, (XSD, XML etc) and the geometry( paz,bxc, bxf, cel,dgn etc) need to be stored outside of the dataset that is delivered with the application, i.e. in the workspace dataset level or the workset dataset level.
There is learning material available and I strongly suggest you review it.

Sir I have created a new definition & have stored outside the workset but if I again open the compound cell manager, the new definition which I have created is not available . How to do bring back the new definition in open compound cell manager. If I create the new definition in the workset & open the compound cell manager, the new definition which I have created Is available.
