Custom plumbing cell

Hi everyone!
Now I have to work with AECOsim v8i SS6.
I create catalogs for pipes, valves and so on.

I need to create my own unique plumbing element and place it in the dgn file.
I found this instruction for creating and placing an element. It is very important that the element has pipe connection points.
communities.bentley.com/.../placing-user-defined-static-cell-as-custom-plumbing-component

Today I did everything as indicated in this lesson.
But I got a problem. When I enter a key-in to place my element, everything seems to work. BUT!
The 3D geometry is not under the cursor. That is, as I understand it, a program cannot read a cell from a library.

The same problem exists if I change to another cell in the "cell symbol" definition, then nothing changes.

Please, help. I’ve been looking for solutions for several days.
Today I found a lesson that was supposed to help me, but alas, something in the end went wrong.
Thanks!
