Open Buildings Designer - Connect Edition - Update 5
I seem to be having an issue of my grid system not appearing in my Drawing Models. I am referencing in a saved view of a plan made in another MOC model where all is visible but it isn't there?
Would there be a simple explanation why
MOC file clip (with grids)
Drawing file clip (no grids)
Presentation Building settings

Yes the first image is a design model and the second is a drawing model.
I have reference in a saved view (created in the design model complete with visible grids) into the drawing model of a different file.
I have the nesting set and have just tried extending it to 99 just to check, but they still don't appear. (?)
Hi Paul,
The grid displayed in the Design model is generated "live" using the Grid Model Display Options tools typically docked next to the Floor Selector. The grids displayed in drawings, on the other hand, are more like annotation. So if the grid displays in one drawing it should certainly display anywhere/everywhere assuming the grid is enabled in the Saved View definition and not overidden at the drawing level, if that makes sense.
