I have just created a new AECOSIM SS6 build for a client and 2 of the users are getting the following message:
Immediately after this the program crashes.
What's odd is that everyone else in the office is working OK.
I have removed all user files to allow the program to create new ones.
The problem follows the users around as they change computers, yet other people can log on to the same computer and everything works.
I thought it might be a Windows User profile problem.
Has anyone seen this before and can someone point me in the direction of the solution.

There are a lot of core level dlls involved in the crash. Can you confirm whether the "problem" Windows user profiles behave any different if AECOsim is started using the right-click Run As Administrator option?

I am unable to run as administrator where I am presently working.
However I am getting the same crash at home and running as admin there makes no difference.
The problem is now being looked at via Service Request 7001020276 - I have just sent them my config files.
