Finding that the View Attributes dialog looses it completely and elongates itself over the whole monitor.

Are you using 4K resolution screen on Windows 10 laptop, is your 4K monitor made the first monitor and is the primary one?I would suggest you to please refer to this wiki and try out at your end. Thanks & Regards!

I changed the resolution of the laptop screen (1) to match the desktop screen (2). This seems to solve the problem.
Mstn/OBD seems to start up on the laptop screen even though I have set the desktop screen (2) to be primary.
It could be that the View Attributes dialog is not checking which screen Mstn/OBD is occupying or what Window has set as primary, and going for the default?
