Schedules : 2 parameters (family + name of catalogue)

You can only add properties, i.e., the attributes that you find in the Data Group Editor and not in the Part and Family Editor.

You can, instead, add a new property definition. Then add a custom property to show the Part and Family name there. Then you can add the Part and Family name and have that added in the Schedule.

Alternatively, you can add Air Flow and Status in the properties while creating a new schedule for the ducts. That would also show the Part name, for example, Air Flow will show "Supply" and Status will show "New" in case of your example.

thanks for your answer, ok for family I'll use "Status" 

just pitty for "Name of catalogue" ! for me "Instance name " is not explicit enough ... 80% use "default" like name ...

FWIW, the Object Material definition (*.xsd file) is the one that links to the Family + Part system.  It doesn't seem to be used for Mechanical components but is for many Architectural and Structural objects.
