Export Aecosim Model to Infrawork software

I don't know much about Infraworks, but according to this page DGN does display in its Import options drop-down list (along with IFC):

I need more more details for the workflow. I don't think we can export the Aecosim model as a DGN and importe infrawork as a DGN. I have tried that and does not worked.

According to that web page it should support DGN import, in which case you would simply follow that process within the Infraworks software itself.    When you say it does not work, do you mean the Infraworks DGN Import tool does not work?  If so there's not much I/we can do to help since that is not a Bentley software application. 

As an alternative you could try exporting an IFC file instead and import that into Infraworks: File (backstage) > Export > Exchange File Types > IFC.
