"To manually construct an opening using a previously placed compound cell"is a subject in the CEU3 help. This leads you to "Construct Opening in Form (using a shape)" page.
However the pull down does not include the "Construct Opening" entry shown in the help. Where do you go to get this to show?
The search ribbon won't find this either--searching for Construct Opening yields nothing. Openings takes you to placing an opening dataset object, which is not the same thing.
How to access this command?
HI Griffith,
I have tried searching 'Construct Opening' in OBD CE U6 and it is working the way it should be. Please see the below image.
The same is also available at Modify Features under Building Design workflow.
Can you please try the same and let me know if you can find it in your current version of OBD? If the same is not available in your installed version, i would request you to upgrade yourself to latest version of OBD, i.e. OBD CE U6.
Warm Regards,

I am using Connect Edition, Update 3. Here is what my menu looks like:
the Construct Opening command is missing. We are on track to upgrade to CE U6, but that is a big deal for the future. Can you tell me the key-in to invoke the Construct Opening command, for the time being? I have tried the obvious candidates.
