Rebuild annotations (cached reference) don't rebuild all

Hi

I have my callouts referenced into my drawing model as cached. Sometimes when I try to refreash annotations, or rebuild them, not all annotations are affected. For example, I show the Type ID for all my columns and beams. The other day I changed all Type ID:s, but when I refreshed annotations in my drawing model, maybe just 70% of the annotations change to the new ones. I tried rebuild but the same goes for that. What worked though, was right-clicking and choose reset annotation. 

Shouldn't rebuild be kind of reset for all annotations in a model?
