Hi
I'm looking for a simple way to export my grid lines coordinates, so they can be drawn up in the real world. Is there a simple way of doing this?
Say I have a grid with lines 1-5 and A-D. The result would be a table with 3 columns, first name, then x-, last y-coordinate. The name would be 1-A, 1-B, 2-A.... etc.
Regards,
Robert
Hi Robert,I would suggest you to please go through this blog. .Please let us know whether this has been of help. Thanks & Regards!
Hi Robert,
We don't store the intersection points of grids You would need to place a marker cell at each grid intersection then schedule it in a similar manner to piles as previously discussed in the linked blog. The Catalog would provide the location name in the format you require, the ECschema data would provide the coordinates.
A Pile schedule could be copied and modified for this purpose.

Ok, thanks for that Marc. Yes, I'll have to do something like that then.
