is there an existing catalog definition (or how to define) for active attributes (level, color, class, ... ) to attach to catalog items where active attributes can be set for placing walls / slabs / .... I want to preset some of the attributes
I want to make sure a wall is placed in primary class, an opening(element) in construction class

These can be added using the DataGroup Definition Editor, please take a look at the help topic "DataGroup Definition Editor dialog" for initial guidance. I know how to use datagroup defintions, the question is: is there an existing system definition to attach, or, if not how to define attributes like element class in a new datagroup definition
