I womder when bentley is going to fix the quantification tool.
It used to work fine
now I receive an error that the file is missing.
Any Help please.

As Orgho wrote, there simply isn't enough information to make an informed reply.
However, if you're referring to the old Quantify tool (vs. Schedules) you could be seeing something like this:
