How to cut radial section

I'm assuming that you would like a section that follows a curve?

The Callout Tools currently only cut planar sections. We have an existing enhancement request 488731:"Users require a practical method to create faceted or developed elevations from non-orthogonal facades or along infrastructure system centerlines or other alignment lines".

If this is what you need please file a service request referencing this enhancement number.

It is possible to create a clip volume in a 3D view using a curved profile, then create saved views for manual placement on sheets, while these cannot be unfolded /unrolled to flat representations, they do offer true elevation views of the cut plane.

Exactly what you said is I m looking for. 

And clip volume will also not be helpful as you said. 

So is Bentley sariously thinking are working to sort this out?..

As Marc wrote, Enhancement 488731 was filed to request this feature so that's where the focus is.  That said, we currently have only three SRs linked to it, so in order to add weight to the request it would be best to file a Service Request with support so it can be linked as well.
