Inserting a single drawing in multiple sheets

Thank you for posting this question. You can attach multiple sheets by attaching those into References. During attaching the sheet file, one reference attachment properties windows will appear, from there you can customized design/sheet scale.

My concern is that If I have a detail at scale 1:10 with dimension and text with same scale. Can I insert that detail into another sheet with a different sheet with different scale other than 1:10. Would it be possible?

Would it effect the dimension and text size?

Please take a look at the Annotation Scale feature, this allows text size to be set by the Annotation Scale of the Sheet Model into which the Drawing Model is referenced. This is handled by the settings in the Create Drawing dialog when using the Callout tools or can be set manually or in seed files/model in other workflows.
