Open Building Designer doen't exit

Question

Hi, Open Building Designer doesn't exit anymore. I have to use 'Control Alt Delete' and finish the task. Hope somebody knows why? regards, Marc Vossen

Do you have CONNECT Advisor open? We've started having this behavior with the latest version of CONNECT Advisor and other Bentley PowerPlatform software. 
 
 Try shutting it down before exiting or even uninstalling if it looks to be causing the issue.

 Two separate issues here. 
 We don't support Open Office, our testing and integration is with Microsoft Office (e.g. the Edit in Excel feature in the Schedules dialog). Repairing Open Office may well resolve the problem. 
 The warning errors indicate that somewhere in your dataset< WorkSpace or WorkSets there are duplicate XML entries for some sections. The Message Center will give more information. This is probably a duplicated XML file that you should be able to identify and remove.
