OpenBuildings Designer Update Issue - Can't open files

Question

After updating to the latest version of openbuildings, I get the following "configuration audit alert" when opening any dgn file (new or existing):

How do I reconfigure to get back in to my existing files?

For future reference; another case where this list of missing folders/files appeared suggests that the WorkSet CFG file does not contain the statements required by either OpenBuildings or the ProStructures features. 
 Specifically, if TF_DATASETNAME is not defined in the WorkSet.cfg ProStructures features will not be able to find their required resources resulting in this dialog. 
 To troubleshoot a first step would be to compare a customized Workset CFG with the relevant delivered regional example.

Hi Ben, 
 At the top of this wiki is a screen captures showing the Column, Beam and Plate tools indicating that you're in ProStructures mode, while at the bottom is a screen capture showing the "Upgrade Structural Elements" icon indicating legacy mode. https://communities.bentley.com/products/building/building_analysis___design/w/building_analysis_and_design__wiki/50919/prostructures-interoperability 
 There's more to it than that, of course, but at a glance I find this to be the quickest way to tell. Note that you can have files from a single workset that are based on legacy vs. ProStructures. 
 In regards to loading shape databases, PS_SHAPESDATABASES does just that - it's essentially the new version of the now legacy variable STRUCTURAL_SHAPES.  In regards to adding shapes, all of the PS shapes are stored in MDB files, so I suppose you could manually add sizes? We will likely create a wiki for converting XML content to MDB format but we're not quite there yet.
