Does not respond

Hi.
Since yesterday OpenBuilding Designer did not respond. He keeps thinking without actually opening the dgn.
I have uninstalled the program, reinstalled it and the program persists.
Please I need urgent help, I can't do anything.

Thank you. Anyway, today it worked fine without knowing why. On Friday I was putting rfa objects into the Building catalog and right after that it started not working. I thought that was the reason, but...
