space unit of display keeps reverting back to Sq m

try what marc suggested. it solved problem for me.

in openbuildingdesing go file>settings>configuration variables

& there add variable like this:

this adds line to settings file C:\Users\****\AppData\Local\Bentley\OpenBuildingsDesigner\10.0.0\prefs\Personal.ucf

but somewhy it won't be listed in configuration variables afterwords... but it seems working as long as m² is the only unit you want.
