You need to install the extra datasets, the US dataset is the default option

Go to the Update 7 installer

Click on Modify > Click on Configure (top right)

Click on Next

Select the Datasets you want to load

Click on Done

Software will then install the selected Datasets

When installed I would exit the installation program and reboot your computer

The Datasets should now be available to you

If not, can you tell me where this workset can be found?

From the screenshots you have published it looks as though you are using the Building_Template_US which will give you strange results because they use feet and inches

Try changing your workset to Building_Template_NM or an appropriate metric one
