 Was the legacy Excel copy paste ability removed from OBD CE?

Hi Gilberto, 
 I believe what you're referring to is a regression issue that cropped in MicroStation Update 14, which is what OBD Update 7 runs on. This has since been fixed in MicroStation Update 15, and consequently the new Update 8 release of OBD.
