There seems to be a growing amount of duplication between the Mstn Properties Panel and the OBD-centric Modify Instance Data Panel.
1. When an element is selected, the Mstn Properties Panel automatically updates. Bravo! But the OBD properties are grey'd out.
2. OK. User needs to access these properties using the Modify Properties tool which displays the properties in the Modify Instance Data Panel. But, the MID panel does not automatically populate when the OBD element is selected. Will this be implemented at some point?
If not, it would be good if the Property > MID panel can host the Modify Properties tool. This would avoid the need to move back to the Ribbon and back again to the MID panel. A lot more intuitive and quicker to use.

Let me add to this.... As Steve hinted at, there's been an internal push lately to prioritize work items with more SRs associated with them. If others are interested in this same item (or others you've seen), PLEASE file an SR for them to add your voice!
