I received notification in my CONNECTION Client screen that there were recently four updates available to our account, one of which was OB Designer CONNECT Edition Update 8 as per the image below, I have been waiting for our IT Dept for a few weeks to get around to load this, and now the updates have disappeared. Why have these disappeared and what can be done to reload them

I'm not really sure why they disappeared... See if this makes any difference:
From the CONNECTION Client dialog choose Settings > Update tab > Check Now
