I have created a custom set Part & Family's and also a DGNLIB with all the matching levels required for each family part.
But when I open the "Family/Part Editor" all the family part have "(Non Existent Level)" behand them but the levels are present in the file from the DGNLIB
Using OpenBuildings Designer Update 8
OK, a bit to update:
We agree the 'non-existent level' needs better labelling.
The lack of colour when using 'bylevel' needs to be fixed.
Hope that helps anyone else coming across the issue.

Just when I thought I had things sorted.
Does anyone have an SR number for this?
No. Not in U9 anyway
Has this been addressed?
If the Level is located in a loaded dgnlib defined by MS_DGNLIBLIST_LEVELS it should not show as Non-Existent. I am seeing this in the latest Update 9 version.
