While we don't have a tool that does this, it would be possible to obtain quantities from modelled formwork or perhaps to use our GenerativeComponents toolset to create a similar utility to your example.

There is a Tool in the Modeling Workflow which could help here. It extract trimmed and untrimmed surfaces..
