I have 1 user comming up with this error:
We are using OBD 10.08.00.44 and Windows 10.
Any idea how to solve this?
We did a complete new instalation of OBD, and it fixed for a while, but the problem appeared again the next day.

Hi Pedro,
It sounds like those files are not present or are damaged.
Is there any custom configuration involved? Although I would not expect any custom configuration to affect the loading of core DLLs like these.
