how to add the LISEGA Licad interface to the OBD connect version?

This seems like something perhaps better suited for the LISEGA team. I see that the Licad page states "Interfaces for 3D CAD component packages (e.g. AutoCAD®, AutoCAD® Plant 3D, MicroStation®, SmartPlant®/Smart® 3D, PDS®, Support Modeller®)" so I would start there.
