Hi Guy,
What is workflow to working beetwen OBD and PS - ProStructures.
Such as I completed Structural model in OBD now how I can make detailing - rebar and connection and shop drawing in ProStructures?
In OBD I can make new worksapce in my drive and in ProStructures how I can correct location for workset and workspace with OBD?
As picture below in PS I don't see option to make new workspace?
If in OBD I was created Workspace then how I start project in PS with same Location workspace and workset?
Thanks All
Hello Phong,
It will depend like if you are using sections which are specific to AU region then you would use building Template AU & for PS you can use AU workspace. I hope this helps you.Regards,Alifur
Hi,
Can you have any material to learn it?
Where location for workset or workspace for start ProStructures new model from OBD file?
If I want workset in PS same workset in OBD, but in PS don't have workspace in OBD?
In OBD I don't see command to modeling footing such as pad footing ans strip footing? I using Column to modeling Pad footing, after link into PS it can not use Pad footing or Strip footing reinforcing to create rebar?
Thanks
Hi Phong,
Answering your first question like how to create the Workspace and Workset in ProStructures. it is true that in ProStructures we don't have direct option to create the new Workspace from the application itself. But you can create your custom Workspace very easily.
For that as my colleague mentioned here, you can either copy Australia or US Canada Metric along with the relative .cfg file and then you rename both the Workspace and the .cfg file. Find the link here for your better understanding on this.
Hope this will answer your question.

Hi Sandip Kar,
I already read this topic.
But If in OBD I was created my workspace in "D\My Workspace" and "My Workset" folder.
How to in PS have same WorkSpace Location as OBD?
Thanks you so much
It should be fairly straightforward to point ProStuctures at the same WorkSpace as OBD. I had a quick look at this yesterday but need to check the details and test an example before posting more here.
