Modifying Spacebar pop up menu

Question

I want to modify my spacebar pop up menu. Because If I toggle a lot with my worksflow from change my Building Systems to Modeling to drawing. So I want to modify these menuus. Where and how can I do this. I search in Cusomize Ribbon, but don't see any spacebar menu Keyboard in Building Systems Design

 Note that OBD has three versions of the palette for different workflows, I've highlighted the MEP version below:

Hi Andy, you have to make a copy, this will replace the default, as shown in the video below. 
 It will be saved in "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Bentley\MicroStation\10.0.0\prefs\Personal.dgnlib" by default. Or if you open a DGNLIB that is on one of the paths specified by the MS_GUIDGNLIBLIST variable (key-in expand echo $(MS_GUIDGNLIBLIST) to see these listed in the message center) it will be saved in the active DGNLIB.
